Tilting
Twilight falls
and steals the heat
Colours deepen
then retreat
Day things hush
Night things stir
The piece of earth
I live on turns
This happens whether
all I planned
Got done today
or out of hand
And if I stop
to watch the dusk
Its magic covers
me like musk
And slows my
beating
listing brain
And tilts me to
the
right again.
